The virus soon diverted attention in March. That was when tracks and casinos – which fund horse racing with a ten percent cut from land-based casino slots – closed. Established by Parx Casino, this scholarship provides financial assistance to active-duty service personnel and honorably discharged veterans of the United States armed forces and/or their spouses and dependents who are currently enrolled or intend to enroll at Bucks County Community College.
